Who we are

Soft Silence Spa is an independent massage and day spa on the 4th floor at 4-19/3, Raghuram Nagar Colony, Hydershakote. We opened on 1 July 2025. We are a single-location business, not a chain or a franchise, and we intend to stay that way — it lets us give each session the time it actually needs rather than running to a fixed timetable.

We are rated 3.8 stars across 24 Google reviews. We read every one of them. If something about your visit was not right, we would much rather you told us before you left so we can fix it that day.

Our therapists

Our treatments are carried out by experienced, well-trained therapists. Every session is one-to-one in a private treatment room, and is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. You will be properly draped throughout, and you can ask for more or less pressure — or ask to stop entirely — at any point in your session.

We take the professionalism of our staff seriously, and our guests consistently mention our respectful staff and calm atmosphere in their reviews. We expect the same respect in return; our Terms of Service set out how we handle this.

What we offer

We provide full body relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage, traditional Thai massage, foot reflexology and skincare treatments. There is a sauna on site. We also offer outcall appointments, where a therapist travels to your home or hotel across the areas we serve.

Our treatments are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor. If you have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor before booking, and tell us about it when you arrive so we can work safely.

Hygiene and comfort

Treatment rooms are private and sanitised between appointments, and we use fresh linen for every guest. We have gender-neutral washrooms, wheelchair-accessible seating and washroom facilities, and we welcome all guests regardless of gender, background or identity. Please note the building entrance is not currently step-free and the spa is on the 4th floor — call us before your visit and we will help you plan the easiest way in.

Visiting us

Appointments are required. We are open 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Saturday, and 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM on Sunday. On-site and street parking is available. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, UPI, Google Pay and NFC mobile payments, and we confirm the full price of your treatment when you book — nothing is added afterwards.
