1. Our services

Soft Silence Spa provides professional massage and wellness treatments, including full body relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage, Thai massage, foot reflexology and skincare treatments. Treatments are delivered at our premises, and by arrangement at your home or hotel within the areas we serve.

Our services are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified doctor. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking.

2. Appointments

• Appointments are required and can be made by phone or WhatsApp on +91 93477 04157.
• Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so your session is not shortened.
• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to avoid affecting the next guest. The full price still applies.
• We may need to reschedule in rare circumstances, such as therapist illness. If we do, we will offer you the next available time or a full refund of anything you have paid.

3. Eligibility and health

• Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. Guests under 18 may only be treated with a parent or guardian present and with our prior agreement.
• You must tell us before your session about any injuries, illnesses, allergies, skin conditions, recent surgery or pregnancy, so your therapist can treat you safely.
• We may decline or modify a treatment where we believe it would not be safe or appropriate. If we decline for this reason, you will not be charged.
• Please do not attend if you are unwell or have a contagious condition. Contact us and we will move your appointment at no cost.

4. Conduct and mutual respect

Our therapists are trained professionals and every treatment is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. You will be appropriately draped throughout your session, and you may ask for a change in pressure, or to stop the session, at any time.

We expect the same respect in return. Any inappropriate request, comment or behaviour towards our staff will result in the session being ended immediately, the full price remaining payable, and a refusal of future bookings. We report serious incidents to the police.

We serve all guests equally and welcome everyone regardless of gender, background or identity. Alcohol is not served and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be treated.

5. At-home (outcall) appointments

• Outcall appointments are subject to therapist availability and the distance from our spa.
• You are responsible for providing a safe, clean, private and adequately lit space for the treatment.
• Our therapist may end the appointment and leave if the environment is unsafe or if these terms are not respected. In that case the full price remains payable.
• Travel time and any additional outcall charge will be confirmed with you when you book, before the appointment is agreed.

6. Prices and payment

• The full price of your treatment is confirmed with you when you book, before your appointment. There are no hidden or added charges afterwards.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, UPI, Google Pay and other NFC mobile payments.
• Prices may change from time to time. Any change will not affect a booking already confirmed with you.
• Memberships and packages, where offered, are governed by the terms given to you at the time of purchase.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home. We take reasonable care of the premises but cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where the loss is caused by our negligence.

9. This website

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Service descriptions, availability and prices may change. The content, design and text of this website belong to Soft Silence Spa and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

This website does not use deceptive redirects, and it shows the same content to every visitor and to search engines.

10. Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any treatment is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
