Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need in order to provide our services:

• Booking details. Your name, phone number, and the date, time and type of your appointment, taken when you call or message us on WhatsApp.
• Address details. If you book an at-home (outcall) appointment, the address where the session will take place.
• Health and preference information. Any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, areas to avoid or pressure preferences you choose to tell us, so that your therapist can work safely.
• Payment information. Payments are taken at the time of service. Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number or UPI credentials.
• Website information. Standard server logs recording IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security and to diagnose technical problems.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not require you to create an account to contact or book with us.

2. How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• To deliver your treatment safely and according to your stated preferences.
• To reach the correct address for an at-home appointment.
• To take payment for services you have received.
• To answer questions you send us by phone or WhatsApp.
• To keep basic business and tax records as required by law.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Marketing messages

We do not add you to a marketing list automatically. If you ask us to tell you about offers or memberships, we will send only what you asked for, and every message will tell you how to stop. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, telling your therapist, or calling us on +91 93477 04157.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We share information only in these cases:

• With the therapist carrying out your session, so they can treat you safely.
• With our payment provider, to complete a card or UPI transaction.
• With WhatsApp, which carries messages you choose to send us, under its own privacy terms.
• With our website hosting provider, which stores the server logs described above.
• Where we are required to by law, a court order, or to protect someone's safety.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run cross-site tracking scripts. Our stylesheet is served from this website itself. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of serving those font files. If we add website analytics or advertising tags in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

6. How long we keep information

Appointment and treatment-preference records are kept for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can treat you safely if you return. Payment and transaction records are kept for the period required under Indian tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

7. How we protect your information

Records are kept securely at the spa and are not left where other guests can see them. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job. This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect what you give us.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, or to delete your records where we are not required by law to keep them. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. To make any of these requests, call or message +91 93477 04157, or speak to us at the spa. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

These rights sit alongside any rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be published here before they take effect.
